Permission

 

After NCTE’s approval of the college, the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh has granted permission, and the concern university i.e. Osmania University also has sanctioned affiliation order for the B.Ed. course with 100 intakes.

 

Admission

 

The college has been functioning as non minority institution. As such 75% of the admissions were made by the university through counseling. 25% of the seats were made by the management.

 

Faculty

 

     The institution has 1+7 faculty and supporting staff of three as per the NCTE and Osmania University norms. All the staff has good academic background.

 

Regular classes and practical classes

 

The college has been conducting classes regularly. Syllabus of all the subjects has been following as per the university almanac.

 

 

Dress code

 

The dress code for all students as sari for female students and white shirt Navy blue pant for male students to maintain uniformity in the college and outside the campus when students were in teaching practice.

 

 

Student Data

                          

   The college office has been maintaining the students’ data to avoid irregularity to the classes’. The college is giving prior information about the academic schedule through SMS, Phone Calls, e-mails etc.

 

  Computer Lab

         

The college is having 20 systems with 80 GB and 1GB RAM, with internet facility. The lab has sharing printer and scanner.

 

 

 

 

Seminars

 

The institution has been following the seminars and brain streaming techniques. Students were given a chance to give few seminar classes in certain subjects.

 

Library

 

The library is having good number of books and subscribing reputed educational journals. The library is having very good space with 1000sft and all the information of the library is stored in the computer.

 

 

Placement Cell

 

The Institution has the placement cell. Reputed schools in the various Districts of the state were coming to the institution to select the trained teachers by conducting the campus interviews.

 

   

Rt. Rev. Dr. John Gollapalli, Bishop of the Free Methodist Church of South India, is the Founder and Chairman of C.O.U.N.T. and Chairman of "ST.JOHN'S" institutions.


He has been deservingly encircling the lime light ever since his entry into the Church field. He is an orator and a gifted speaker. He has travelled widely all over the world. He is the recipient of many National and International awards.

ABOUT THE DIRECTORS

Rev. Dexter Timothy, Director of the C.O.U.N.T., able son of a worthy father Bishop John Gollapalli is a dynamic young man with unflinching Courage and Humane Qualities.

Mrs. Irene Robert, Coordinator, Institutions of C.O.U.N.T. is the daughter of Bishop John Gollapalli.

Bishop is humble, unassuming and accessible to all common people. With the aim of serving the church and down trodden tribal children C.O.U.N.T. has been established in 1978. Today C.O.U.N.T. stands for the Spiritual, Social and Economical transformation of thousands of individuals. The destiny of the orphan children is shaped and moulded at C.O.U.N.T.

Madam Theeba, wife of the Bishop, a dashing and devoted lady, aptly suits the saying, ‘Behind every successful Man, there is a Woman’. The couple is blessed with a son, daughter and five grand sons.

This is all due to the selfless effort of the Bishop with dedicated team work and commitment in the uplifting the unreachable new tribes. Indeed Bishop is a man of god and that is why he is the Cynosure of all eyes.
